Healthy Loaf

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lupin Flour
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup bran cereal
  • ¾ cup raw sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1½ cups mixed fruit
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp bi-carbonate soda

 

Method

Combine flours, bran and sugar and let stand in fridge for 2 hours. Add the vanilla essence, fruit, cream of tarta and bi-carb and mix well. Put in greased loaf tin and cook for 1 hour in moderate oven.
