Lupin Biscuits



  • 1 cup Lupin Flour
  • ¾ cup coconut
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 4g butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbs golden syrup
  • ½ tsp bi-carbonate soda
  • 1 tbs hot water
  • 1 small egg


Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix golden syrup, egg and water. Pour into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use spoon to measure portions onto oiled tray. Cook in 190ºC oven for 20 minutes.

I am currently livnig the celiac life as well too for a little over a year now and find it very difficult to find appetizing foods and recipes. I am so excited to see what you have in store for us. I really enjoy going out to eat and trying new places but having celiacs has limited my options. I hope to find your tips and advice very helpful. Thanks!!!
