Lupin Flour White Bread

A  delicious crusty loaf of white sandwich bread that all the family will love – with the added goodness & health benefits of Irwin Valley 100% Australian-grown sweet lupin flour. This recipe can be prepared the night before or made immediately.


  • 1 ¼ tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tsp (5g) salt
  • 1 ½ tsp (5g) bread improver
  • 1 tbs (20g) sugar
  • 2 ¾ cups (420g) plain flour (or baker’s flour)
  • ¾ cup (105g) Irwin Valley Lupin  flour
  • 1 ½ cups (375ml / 375g) water

NOTE: The yeast should not be able to make contact with the water.


    1. Place all the ingredients in your breadmaker in the order shown above.
    2. Set for a 1kg regular/basic loaf with a LIGHT crust.
    3. Set for immediate start or use timer.
    4. Once cooked, turn out of tin immediately to cool on a rack.
