Savoury Lupin Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lupin Flour
  • 100g canola margarine
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 2 pkts French onion soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup wheatmeal or wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup self raising flour

 

Method

Cream margarine, add cheese, onion soup and milk then blended with all other dry ingredients. Add more milk if mixture is too stiff. Roll out and cut into bit size pieces. Bake until golden brown at 175ºC.
