Indian Curry Biscuits
Ingredients
- ½ cup Lupin Flour

½ cup self raising flour

60g butter

60g cream cheese

2 tbs milk

1 tsp curry powder

¼ tsp salt

60g grated cheese
Method
Cream butter and cream cheese together, add milk, beat until well combined.
Stir in sifted flour, curry powder and salt.
Mix to firm dough and roll out thinly on lightly floured surface.
Cut out with biscuit cutter, brush tops with extra milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in moderate oven 160°C for 12-15 minutes.
