
Lupin Flour White Bread
A delicious crusty loaf of white sandwich bread that all the family will love – with the added goodness & health benefits of Irwin Valley 100% Australian-grown sweet lupin flour. This recipe can be prepred the night before or made immediately.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ tsp dried yeast
- 1 tsp (5g) salt
- 1 ½ tsp (5g) bread improver
- 1 tbs (20g) sugar
- 2 ¾ cups (420g) plain flour (or bakers flour)
- ¾ cup (105g) Irwin Valley Lupin flour
- 1 ½ cups (375ml / 375g) water
NOTE:
The yeast should not be able to make contact with the water.
Method
- Place all the ingredients
in your breadmaker in the order shown above
- Set for a 1kg regular/basic loaf with a LIGHT crust.
- Set for immediate start or use timer.
- Once cooked, turn out of tin immediately to cool on a rack.
